Trisha Sikdar is a law student, perusing B.A. LL.B course from Kingston Law College which is affiliated under West Bengal State University. She is a student of third year and has specific knowledge about settlement of dispute as she was a student coordinator of Kingston legal aid committee and has participated and helped many people who came to the legal aid camp several times. She has been appreciated by the principal of the college for successfully handling many legal awareness camp inside the premises and she has been active for community outreach programme organised by Kingston legal aid clinic. While as a member in legal aid she has successfully handled two kinds of mediation matter one is regarding to family matter disputes and other one is related to partnership agreement dispute. Trisha Sikdar has participated and won various moot court competition organised by her college and have participated in many group discussion and debate. She has also represented college in various national and international seminar and conferences all over India.
I am hopeful that I can make some contribution to this Indian Mediation Week which is a pan India mediation awareness Champaign supported by ministry of law and justice, govt. of India and supreme Court mediation and conciliation project committee. The online platform to mitigate the dispute is an euphoria in its kind.
