METHODOLOGY TO BE FOLLOWED
Legal sensitisation with the help of workshops at grass root level will endeavour the public at large to know their rights and duties. Noida and the sector in which i reside i.e. SECTOR 44 would be the preferred locality . Main aim would be on spreading information regarding current emerging ADR practices with special emphasis on Mediation and how it differs from Arbitration .
For the benefit of understanding the major concept of both is as follows-
Arbitration is like the court process as parties still provide testimony and give evidence similar to a trial but it is usually less formal. In mediation, the process is a negotiation with the assistance of a neutral third party. The parties do not reach a resolution unless all sides agree.
