I am a first year law student at the Jindal Global University. I was interested in law admiring its ability as a subject as well as an occupation to foster critical and analytical thinking, ability to hold and defend various perspectives and above all its capability to impact and improve the lives of every person under its purview. Being underway on publishing a research paper on ‘judicial delay’, I am well aware of the current pathetic condition of litigation in India, which is still under the gasp of delayed decision and denied justice. Therefore I connect with the cause of the Indian Mediation Week initiative and shall wholeheartedly render my service to spread its message.
